You are enrolled in .
You will be directed by your trainer to complete theory and practical elements for each unit of competency.
Trainer contact information will be included in your welcome email or induction session.
Theory for each unit is presented via a PowerPoint Presentation.
Read each section, take notes and then answer the questions in each quiz.
You can download the PowerPoint Presentation from the material tab in each unit which is highly recommended so you can refer back to content as required.
Once you start a quiz make sure you finish it in full to save it.
You should allow 15 minutes at least for each quiz, however there is no time limit.
Questions are either multiple choice, drag and drop or free form answers (where you need to type in an answer).
Your trainer will mark any free form questions so they will not show as completed until your trainer has checked your response.
If required your trainer will communicate with you direct to clarify and confirm your understand of a questions if the response is not considered adequate.

Tracking your progress
As you progress, you can review your progress on the progress dashboard or view more detailed information at the bottom of your profile information in the link on the top right of your page.
