Our Facilities

The AIOH is set in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD making access available from public transport easy.

Students are exposed to the latest culinary equipment and techniques at the AIOH. Students learn the value of a solid French culinary foundation before building on their skills with Modernist, Molecular and Asian techniques. 

Our brand new commercial kitchens expose students to a wide array of commercial cookery equipment, arming our students with the knowledge to participate successfully in employment.

Learning comprises of a blend between practical and theoretical knowledge. Theory application is supported by the latest online resources and technologically advanced visual delivery tools.

 

Accreditation and Recognition

Career Employment Group has its own Group Training Organisation (GTO), is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and is also an Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC) that has been successfully operating since 1988.

Through our extensive networks progression from training to employment has proven to be highly successful.

CEG Training Partnership’s, Adelaide Institute of Hospitality, is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) registered with Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

Our training services provided to clients follow policies and procedures developed to meet the VET Quality Framework and Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
