CEG’s Adelaide Institute of Hospitality has been successfully delivering VET in schools for 15 years with around 150 students undertaking our courses each year.

The AIOH offers the following accredited courses at school level

• SIT10216 Certificate I in Hospitality to year 10s
• SIT20416 Certificate II in Kitchen Operations to year 11s, Stage 1 SACE
• SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality to year 12s, Stage 2 SACE
• SIT30816 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery under a school based apprenticeship

Government funding is available to eligible students under the TGSS funding model and the AIOH helps the students gain their work placement hours through their extensive network of employers.

The AIOH can deliver courses onsite, where schools have the appropriate facilities, or at our Institute in Adelaide CBD, 1/192 Pirie St.
